Research Work
Over the past three years, I've gained experience working in neuroscience and math research labs across the world, both physically and virtually. The work I've done in each of the research labs is linked below.

01
Developed a Graph Neural Network (GNN) based diagnostic model to diagnose Alzheimer's Disease before onset. Project won a grand award at ISEF 2021; paper presented at IECBS 2021 and accepted to Brain Sciences Journal (2022)
02
Designed and compared algorithms to study chromatic number fluctuations in Barabasi-Albert graphs, as part of my work under Dr. Carl Yerger. Check out my evaluation here!

03
Worked under Dr. Adele Doyle and Dr. Luke Ziretta at the Neuroscience Research Institute, where I tracked RNA expression of mESC neurons over seven days to find evidence of ALS mutations.

04
Worked under Dr. Chandana Nagaraj of NIMHANS to create an automated pipeline to diagnose and grade brain tumors. Paper accepted for publication in National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) 2022 Annual Conference.
05
Under Dr. BS Ramachandra at CFRCE, I studied the ramifications of brain damage by tracking cause-effect relationships between affected regions and patient symptoms. Check out my biography on CFRCE!
